Fresh Peach Crisp Recipe

Ingredients

For the peaches:

  • 6 large Georgia peaches cut into slices
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2-3 Tablespoons water

For the crumble:

  • 1/2 c. oats
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. flour

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a 9 x 9 baking dish, combine the peaches, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt. Mix well.
  • Pour the water on top of the peaches.
  • In a small bowl mix together all the ingredient for the crumble. Mix until combined and sprinkle over top of the peaches.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the peaches are bubbling and the crumble is golden brown.
  • Serve warm.
