Heat the white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each addition.

Dip one end of each cookie into melted chocolate, allowing excess to
drip off. Place on a sheet of parchment paper. Sprinkle red sugar on top to make Santa's hat. Make a white chocolate circle on each hat.

Dip the other end of each cookie into melted white chocolate for the beard, leaving the center of cookie uncovered. Place back on the parchment paper.

With a dab of melted chocolate, attach mini chocolate chips for the eyes and a red innim&m for the nose. Place on parchment paper until set.
