Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies

Mix up a batch of these fun and easy cookies using a cake mix and your choice of colorful add-ins perfect for any holiday!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Funfetti Cake Mix
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. Pastel M&M's
  • 1/2 c. white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl combine the cake mix, oil, and eggs. Mix well until combined.
  • Fold in the M&M's and white chocolate chips.
  • Scoop out the batter with a 1 1/2 inch cookie scoop and drop on a cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cookies just look set. Allow to cool for 1 minute on the cookie sheet then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
