Crispy Air Fryer Tofu
Tofu marinated in a tasty sauce then dusted with cornstarch makes for a crispy and delicious dish!

Ingredients

oz
extra firm tofu
cut into 1 inch cubes

Tablespoons
soy sauce
1
Tablespoon
rice vinegar
2
teaspoons
sesame oil
1
garlic cloves
minced
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper

Tablespoons
cornstarch
Instructions
Combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
Add the tofu and toss to coat. Allow to marinate for 10-20 minutes.
Preheat your Air Fryer for 5 minutes.
Drain the tofu and toss with the cornstarch.
Place the tofu in the Air Fryer and adjust the temperature to 370 degrees.
Cook for 17-20 minutes or until the tofu is crispy, shaking the basket once halfway through the cooking time.
Serve with dipping sauce.
