Crispy Air Fryer Tofu

Tofu marinated in a tasty sauce then dusted with cornstarch makes for a crispy and delicious dish!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz extra firm tofu cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

  • Combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Add the tofu and toss to coat. Allow to marinate for 10-20 minutes.
  • Preheat your Air Fryer for 5 minutes.
  • Drain the tofu and toss with the cornstarch.
  • Place the tofu in the Air Fryer and adjust the temperature to 370 degrees.
  • Cook for 17-20 minutes or until the tofu is crispy, shaking the basket once halfway through the cooking time.
  • Serve with dipping sauce.
