Ingredients
For the oatmeal:

oats

teaspoons
baking powder

teaspoon
sea salt
1
teaspoon
cinnamon
1/2
teaspoon
ginger
1/4
c.
Dixie Crystals brown sugar
2
eggs
1
teaspoon
orange zest
1
teaspoon
orange extract
1 1/2
c.
milk
1
c.
blueberries
For the topping:
1/2
c.
walnuts
chopped
1/3
c.
flax seeds
2
Tablespoons
honey
1
Tablespoon
Dixie Crystals brown sugar
1
Tablespoon
vegetable oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine the oats, baking powder, sea salt, cinnamon, ginger, and brown sugar.
In a medium bowl beat the eggs. Add in the orange zest, orange extract, and milk.
Fold in the blueberries.
Pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour the oatmeal into the prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl combine all the ingredients for the topping. Mix well and sprinkle over top of the oatmeal.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and cut into 8 large rectangles.
