In a large bowl combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until well combined.
Add in 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and 2 tablespoons of the Bar-B-Que sauce. Mix until well combined.
Gently fold in the crab meat.
Pour into an 8 x 8 baking dish.
Sprinkle the top of the crab dip with the remaining cheddar cheese then drizzle with remaining Bar-B-Que sauce.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with scallions if desired.
