Broccoli and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 Wewalka Refrigerated Pie Crust
  • 4 strips of bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 c. broccoli cut into small florets
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Press the pie crust into a quiche pan or tart pan (I used a NordicWare quiche pan). Set aside.
  • In a large bowl beat the eggs. Add in the milk and mix well.
  • Add in the bacon, cheese, broccoli, garlic cloves, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  • Pour into the quiche pan. Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the pie crust in golden brown and the eggs are well cooked.
  • Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes. Push up on the bottom of the quiche pan and remove the quiche.
  • Slice and enjoy.
