Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the pie crust in a pie pan. Set aside.
In a large bowl combine the brown sugar and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
Add in the eggs, one at a time, and mix well.
Stir in the salt, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the pie looks to be set in the center.
Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Slice and serve.
