Brownie Pie

Rich and delicious chocolate brownie inside a graham cracker crust for the perfect dessert mash up.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips
  • chocolate syrup
  • whipped cream

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl combine the brownie mix, egg, water, and vegetable oil. Mix well to combine.
  • Add in the chocolate chips and mix to combine.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared crust. You may not need all of the batter.
  • Bake the brownie pie for 35-40 minutes or until the middle of the pie looks set.
  • Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire rack.
  • When ready to eat cut a slice of pie and drizzle with chocolate sauce and put whipped cream on top.
