Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl combine the cake mix, yogurt, eggs, melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
Add in the blueberries and blackberries and gently fold to combine.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
To make the topping combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Add the butter in a few pieces and mix until the mixture resembles sand. Sprinkle over top of the coffee cake.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top has browned and the cake is set.
Remove from oven and cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
