Ingredients

For the coffee Cake:

  • 1 box 15.25 ounces yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 Tablespoon salted butter melted
  • 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries

For the Topping:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons butter softened

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a large bowl combine the cake mix, yogurt, eggs, melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
  • Add in the blueberries and blackberries and gently fold to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  • To make the topping combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Add the butter in a few pieces and mix until the mixture resembles sand. Sprinkle over top of the coffee cake.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top has browned and the cake is set.
  • Remove from oven and cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
