In a medium saucepan combine the milk, caramel sauce, and marshmallows. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the marshmallows have melted and the milk is simmering. Remove from heat and add in the sea salt.
Divide the milk into two glasses. Pour a cup of strong, hot coffee into each glass and stir.
Place whipped cream on top of the drink, drizzle with caramel sauce, and place a few mini marshmallows on top. Top with flaky sea salt if desired.
