all purpose flour

sugar

teaspoons
baking powder

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper

oz.
can of beer
2
garlic cloves
minced

c.
shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Tablespoons
salted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9 x 5 loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a mixing bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Slowly pour the beer into the dry ingredients and mix well to combine.
Add the garlic cloves and cheese and mix until the batter is well combined.
Pour the bread mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle with melted butter. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
