Ingredients

  • 9 apples stems removed
  • 9 lollipop or popsicle sticks
  • 1/2 c. milk chocolate melts
  • 1/2 c. black chocolate melts
  • 1/2 c. orange chocolate melts
  • 1 bag Candy Corn M&M's
  • 1 bag Candy Apple M&M's
  • 1 bag Peanut Butter M&M's

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the apples. Stick one lollipop stick into the center of each apple. Set the apples on a piece of parchment paper.
  • Place the milk chocolate melts in a microwave safe dish and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted.
  • Dip one of the apples into the milk chocolate. Use a spoon to help coat the entire apple. Set it back down on the parchment paper and grab a large handful of Candy Apple M&M's. Starting at the bottom of the apple, gently stick the M&M's to the apple. As the chocolate starts to dry it will be easier to stick the M&M's. Repeat with 2 more apples.
  • Place the black chocolate melts in a microwave safe dish and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted.
  • Dip one of the apples into the black chocolate. Use a spoon to help coat the entire apple. Set it back down on the parchment paper and grab a large handful of Peanut Butter M&M's. Starting at the bottom of the apple, gently stick the M&M's to the apple. As the chocolate starts to dry it will be easier to stick the M&M's. Repeat with 2 more apples.
  • Place the orange chocolate melts in a microwave safe dish and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted.
  • Dip one of the apples into the orange chocolate. Use a spoon to help coat the entire apple. Set it back down on the parchment paper and grab a large handful of Candy Corn M&M's. Starting at the bottom of the apple, gently stick the M&M's to the apple. As the chocolate starts to dry it will be easier to stick the M&M's. Repeat with 2 more apples.
  • Allow the apples to sit for at least 15 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.

Notes

A Hezzi-D Original Recipe
Any color of flavor chocolate can be used to coat the apples if you do not have milk chocolate, black chocolate, and orange chocolate.
