Ingredients

14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
2-3
teaspoons
fresh basil leaves
1
teaspoons
fresh oregano
1
teaspoons
fresh parsley

garlic cloves
roughly chopped

teaspoons
fennel seed

teaspoons
tomato paste
1
teaspoons
salt
1
teaspoons
black pepper
Instructions
Put the diced tomatoes in a food processor and process until smooth.
Add in the basil, oregano, parsley, garlic, and fennel. Process until the herbs are chopped up and distributed into the sauce.
Pour the sauce into a medium bowl and mix in the tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Give it a taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.
Keep the pizza sauce in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
