Rub the chicken breasts with the barbecue seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 5 minutes. Flip over, brush with BBQ sauce and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Flip chicken one more time, brush with BBQ sauce, and cook until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
Remove the chicken to a cutting board and slice each chicken breast in half.
Place one chicken breast half on a slider bun and top with 2 bacon halves. Spoon on several tablespoons of cole slaw and additional BBQ sauce if desired.
