Add the rice, water, salt, and black pepper in a large pot and cook according to package directions.
Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add broccoli and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from pan.
Combine the pork and the cornstarch. Toss to coat.
Add remaining oil to the skillet over medium high heat and add in the pork. Cook for 4 minutes.
Add in 1 tablespoon of butter, soy sauce, garlic, onions, and peas. Saute for 3 minutes.
Stir in remaining butter, chicken stock, lemon juice, honey, and broccoli. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until everything is cooked through.
Serve over top of rice.
