Loaded Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken cooked and finely chopped
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. light sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 c. celery chopped
  • 1/4 c. red onion chopped
  • 1/2 c. cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 green onions thinly sliced
  • 4 sliced bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Place the chicken in a large bowl and set aside.
  • In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and Dijon mustard. Mix well and set aside.
  • Add the celery, red onion, cheddar cheese, green onions, and bacon to the chicken.
  • Add the mayonnaise mixture to the chicken mixture and mix until well combined.
  • Sprinkle in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
