Bake the brownies according to the package directions in a 9 x 13 pan. Cool completely.
When ready to decorate place 1 3/4 cups of frosting in a piping bag. Pipe two lines vertically then 5 lines horizontally to divide the brownies into 15 pieces. Then take the frosting and make diagonal lines and horizontal lines in each brownie.
Place the remaining frosting in a baggie and cut off the tip. Pipe two circles on each brownie square for eyes.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe dish in 30 second increments, stirring after each heating, until the chocolate it melted.
Place the melted chocolate in a baggie and snip off the end. Pipe dots onto the middle of each eye to make the pupils.
