In a large bowl combine the flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix well and set aside.
In a medium bowl whisk together the milk, sour cream, and egg.
Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and mix until a dough forms.
Dump the dough onto a flour dusted surface and knead for 5 minutes.
Place in a bowl sprayed with baking spray and cover for 30 minutes.
Turn on the broiler in the oven.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll out each piece into a teardrop shape that is 8 inches long and 6 inches wide at the widest point. Brush with ghee.
Place two pieces of Naan on a baking sheet and broil for 1-2 minutes per side, flipping once the one side is bubbling and browned.
Remove the Naan from the pan and brush with the ghee mixed with garlic cloves.
