Place the heavy cream in a large bowl that has been chilled.
Use a hand mixer and mix on medium high speed for 3-5 minutes or until stiff peaks forms.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla to the whipped cream mixture and gently fold to combine.
Add the brownies bites, half of the caramel sauce, and the salt and gently mix to combine.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or other pan that can be frozen.
Drizzle the top with the remaining caramel sauce.
Freeze for at least 3 hours before serving.
