No Churn Caramel Brownie Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold heavy cream
  • 1 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups brownies cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt optional

Instructions

  • Place the heavy cream in a large bowl that has been chilled.
  • Use a hand mixer and mix on medium high speed for 3-5 minutes or until stiff peaks forms.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla to the whipped cream mixture and gently fold to combine.
  • Add the brownies bites, half of the caramel sauce, and the salt and gently mix to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or other pan that can be frozen.
  • Drizzle the top with the remaining caramel sauce.
  • Freeze for at least 3 hours before serving.
