No Yeast Dinner Rolls

Soft and tasty dinner rolls that don't require yeast or rising time and are ready in under an hour.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons salted butter melted
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
  • 3 1/2 c. flour

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl combine the melted butter, milk, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add in the baking powder and half of the flour and mix well. Continue adding flour a half cup at a time until a dough forms.
  • Divide the dough into 12 pieces. Roll each one into a ball and place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and brush with melted butter if desired. Serve warm.
