Crumble the sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sausage has browned.
Add in the garlic cloves and cook for 1 minute.
Add in the water, bow tie pasta, onion, mushrooms, oregano, and black pepper. Turn the heat to medium high, cover the skillet, and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add in the broccoli, Ragu pasta sauce, salt, and heavy cream and mix well. Continue heating over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce is hot.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
