Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl combine the cake mix, Cool whip, egg, and pandan extract. Mix well.
Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Place the powdered sugar in a small bowl.
Using a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop scoop the dough into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool for 2 minutes before transferring them to a wire cooling rack.
