Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 x 9 baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
To make the crust place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the mixture is the consistency of coarse sand. Set aside.
In a medium bowl combine the peaches and lemon juice.
In a small bowl combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
Pour the flour mixture over top of the peaches and toss to combine.
Pat half of the crust mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Spread the peach mixture evenly over the crust then crumble the remaining dough over top of the peaches.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire rack.
Cut into 16 bars and enjoy!
