Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange the pierogies in the bottom of the dish. Set aside.
Place the kielbasa in a skillet over medium heat, cooking for 4 minutes per side or until it begins to brown. Add in the garlic, peppers, and onions and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the cream cheese and black pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes or until the cream cheese starts melting.
Stir in the wine and chicken broth, stirring frequently, until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Remove the pan from heat and pour over the pierogies in the prepared baking dish. Top with the cheeses.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
