Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place the carrots on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast the carrots for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the Ponzu sauce and sesame oil. Pour over top of the carrots and toss to coat.
Roast for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
