Ingredients

  • 6 c. coffee I like pumpkin spice coffee
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 c. half and half cream
  • 1/2 c. pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/3 c. Rum Chata
  • Whipped Cream
  • Caramel Sauce

Instructions

  • Pour the coffee, milk, cream, pumpkin, sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice into a slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for an hour.
  • Mix in Rum Chata and stir well. Turn the slow cooker on low.
  • Ladle the latte into a mug and top with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and pumpkin pie spice.
