South of the Border Tuna Wrap

A flavorful wrap using canned tuna, Mexican spices, and then stuffing it full of veggies of cheese!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans 5 oz solid white albacore tuna, drained
  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained
  • 1 c. salsa
  • 1 can 4 oz green chilies
  • salt and pepper
  • ¾ c. cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 c. lettuce shredded
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 2-3 Tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl combine the tuna, black beans, salsa, and green chiles. Mix and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  • In a small bowl combine the sour cream and taco seasoning.
  • Spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoon of the sour cream mixture.
  • Divide the tuna mixture between the 4 wraps. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and lettuce.
  • Roll the wraps tightly in a burrito style and cut in half.
