In a medium bowl combine the tuna, black beans, salsa, and green chiles. Mix and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
In a small bowl combine the sour cream and taco seasoning.
Spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoon of the sour cream mixture.
Divide the tuna mixture between the 4 wraps. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and lettuce.
Roll the wraps tightly in a burrito style and cut in half.
