Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a large skillet cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove the bacon to a paper towel lined plate. Reserve 2 T. of drippings.
Saute the onions and garlic in the drippings over medium heat until tender.
Stir in the spinach, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper and heat through. Stir in the bacon and remove from heat.
Place the puff pastry cups on two baking sheets. Put them in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the pastry cups from the oven and push down on the middles.
Sprinkle Swiss cheese on the bottom of each cup then top with a spoonful of the spinach mixture and sprinkle with more cheese.
Place the cups back in the oven for 5 minutes.
Remove and serve hot.
