Trio of Hummus: Easy appetizer idea

Ingredients

For the Edamame, Ginger, and Garlic Hummus:

  • 1 c. Sabra original hummus
  • 1/4 c. edamame
  • 1 Tablespoons crystallized ginger finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced

For the Pumpkin Hummus:

  • 1 c. Sabra original hummus
  • 1/3 c. pure pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

For the Pesto Hummus:

  • 1 c. Sabra original hummus
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh basil chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons pine nuts toasted and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon candied lemon peel finely chopped

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients for the Edamame hummus. Mix well to combine. Place in a serving bowl and top with a few edamame.
  • To make the pumpkin hummus, combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with additional paprika.
  • For the pesto hummus, combine the hummus, basil, 2 1/2 Tablespoons pine nuts, and candied lemon peel in a medium bowl. Mix well. Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with remaining pine nuts.
