In a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients for the Edamame hummus. Mix well to combine. Place in a serving bowl and top with a few edamame.
To make the pumpkin hummus, combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with additional paprika.
For the pesto hummus, combine the hummus, basil, 2 1/2 Tablespoons pine nuts, and candied lemon peel in a medium bowl. Mix well. Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with remaining pine nuts.
