White Christmas Kiss Cookies

A delicious sugar cookie rolled in icy blue and bright red sprinkles topped with a white chocolate candy cane kiss.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick butter softened
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. Sprinkle Pop Oh Snow Cute sprinkle mix
  • 24 White Chocolate Candy Cane Kisses

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl combine the flour and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugar. Add in the egg and mix well.
  • Stir in the mix and vanilla and mix until combined.
  • Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
  • Refrigerate the dough for at least 1 hour or until it is easy to handle.
  • Roll the dough into 1 inch balls. Roll each dough ball into the sprinkles and set them on a baking sheet 2 inches apart. Press your thumb into the middle of the dough to make an indentation.
  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Bake the cookies for 11-13 minutes or until they just begin to brown.
  • Remove from oven and let cool 1 minute. Press a kiss into the center of each cookie and let them rest for 3 minutes.
  • Remove the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
