I love the flavors in these Cranberry Bliss Bar Cookies!

Several years ago I was introduced to the Cranberry Bliss Bars.  They are this amazing soft cookie topped with cream cheese frosting and cranberries on top.  I had no idea these were a Copycat Starbucks recipe but they were amazing.  In fact, I still make them every year at the holidays because they are a family favorite.

So when I found a recipe for Cranberry Bliss Cookies I couldn’t wait to make them!  I figured they had to be similar to the bars and they were quicker to make since there was no frosting them.  I got into the kitchen and started baking.

Everything you need to make Cranberry Bliss Bar Cookies

These cookies are interesting because they have vinegar in them.  I’m not sure what purpose the vinegar serves except possibly to help the baking soda with the cookies rising.  I hate when I try a baked good recipe with vinegar in it and I can totally taste the vinegar.   I was hoping that wouldn’t be the case with these cookies.

The flavor in these cookies is awesome.  There’s a little bit of spice from the cinnamon, a hint of bright orange, sweet white chocolate chips, and tart dried cranberries.  It’s a lot going on at one time but it all comes together in a delicious flavor that reminds me of the holidays.

The cookies came out soft in the middle and slightly crisp on the edges.  Don’t be afraid to take them out on time.  I know they wouldn’t look like they are done but leaving them on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes after pulling them out of the oven helps cook them through.
