My husband and I had a mini Valentine’s Day celebration last night. I wanted to try out a new cocktail and had some great mimosa ideas from Casa Noble. I’ve never had Casa Noble tequila before nor have I ever had tequila in a mimosa! In honor of Valentine’s Day I made an Orange Kiss Mimosa which is a combination of Casa Noble tequila, champagne, orange juice, and a touch of strawberry syrup.
The resulting cocktail was awesome! It was sweet, tart, and bubbly. It tasted like a combination between a classic mimosa and a tequila sunrise. I ended up making a cheese board for dinner and we enjoyed several of the Orange Kiss Mimosa’s along with it. We could taste hints of the tequila in the cocktail but it was so smooth and tasted great in the mimosa. We’re definitely planning on serving these again on Valentine’s Day!

I don’t think I’ve ever had tequila before. I want to try it in this. Love the addition of the strawberry syrup!
Yummy!
