I don’t know about you but when holidays and birthdays roll around I dread having people ask me what my son wants.  The problem is he doesn’t really want or need anything.  I try to think of toys that can be educational or clothing that he needs or even something that he likes to eat that I usually won’t buy him.

Inevitably multiple people end up buying him the same gift.  I’ve been looking at websites, in magazines, and talking to friends about what they are getting their young children and I realized it would be really helpful to have all of these gifts in one place!   Who wants to bounce from website to website looking for gifts when you can find them all in one place?

I gathered up my favorite gifts for kids ages 2-7.   We have some of them already, a few I have at work, and others we have played with at friends houses.  Everything on the list is recommended by me personally and has been used by my child, my students at school, or my friends children.
