Welcome to a very special edition of Meal Plan Mondays!  With New Year’s Eve coming up this weekend I decided that this weeks meal plan was going to be all about drinks, appetizers, and desserts!

While this isn’t exactly your average meal plan I feel like the week in between Christmas and New Year’s Day is a crazy time.  I rarely eat an actual meal and I’m usually snacking so appetizers and desserts are perfect for this.

Plus, there are so many parties and gatherings that you’ll always need a good snack or drink recipe!  So get ready to find all the recipes you need to ring in 2022!

For appetizers I’m sharing my favorite Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip which can be made with frozen chicken.  Then we have wings.  I have an Air Fryer wing recipe and a Bloody Mary wing recipe.  I’m rounding out these recipes with a Fruit Dip and Cheesy Pizza Meatball Cups.

Then we have the desserts. I have a champagne cupcake and a margarita cupcake.  Then there’s an elegant Panna Cotta with Strawberry topping.  A fun snowball cookie and Croissant Bread Pudding finish off the desserts.

Next we have drinks.  I’m starting with a spiked Eggnog Hot Chocolate followed by Cranberry Key Lime Mimosas.  Then we have an Apple Pie Champagne Cocktail to toast in the New year.  Then there’s a pretty red and green Holiday Sangria recipe.  Finally we have a Bourbon Hot Toddy.

So what are you waiting for?   Get ready to fill in your New Year’s Eve party menu!
