I'm currently two months into the school year and my goal this year is the same as it is most years. During the school year I work hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle and make sure I exercise several times a week. Once I'm back to work I feel like I don't have much down time. As a special education teacher I run all over the school all day long and once I'm at home I work on my blog.
