I love popcorn! In fact, I've been making so much popcorn that I've been buying a new container of it about once a month. That may not seem like a lot, but each container pops around ten 8-cup servings. While I enjoy going to the movies and eating their popcorn, it's just so fattening and usually it's dripping in butter.
Making my own popcorn is cheaper, healthier, and fun whenever I experiment with different flavors. This week I made garlic Parmesan popcorn. I had something similar several years ago and I was still thinking of it so I tried it myself. The end results were pretty great! I tried it the first time with real garlic but it got soggy so I went with the garlic salt which worked really well.
