It’s hot in the summer.ย ย Often times I don’t want to turn on the oven to make my breakfast or lunch.ย ย I want something filling but I want it to be cold since it’s so humid out.
This week the Sunday Supper family is having a Summer Chillin’ event to help beat the summer heat.ย ย That means all of our recipes this week are foods that can be served cold.ย ย Perfect for this time of year!
In the summer one of my go to foods is fruit.ย ย It’s easy to grab as a snack and fruit always tastes the best in the summer when it comes fresh from the farms.
While I often eat it as is, sometimes I like to dip my fruit.ย ย I’ve dipped it into chocolate and sometimes I just dip it into Lite Cool Whip for a low calorie snack.ย Other times I want something a little more fun.
This white chocolate fruit dip is easy to make with only 3 ingredients, all of which I usually have on hand at my house!ย If you don’t have them on hand, they’ll likely cost you around $3 for the lot of them.
The ingredients are mixed together and then placed in the refrigerated.ย ย That’s it!ย ย A delicious fruit dip that’s both light and fluffy and tastes of white chocolate.
If you want a different flavor, simply change the flavor of pudding you are using!ย ย I’ve also made this with the lemon pudding mix and it’s pretty awesome!

During the summer months, anything with less than 3 ingredients is for me!
I love the white chocolate! This brings back fond memories of my grandmother always letting me dip fresh strawberries into cool whip or whipped cream (unbeknownst to my parents) and I could usually clear an entire carton of the cool whip. ๐
Oh man I totally love dipping strawberries into cool whip! YUM!
WOW! I love fruit dips too – and I love how versatile this one is, I would easily use it for a kids party, for sure! This would also be awesome for some of the tart berries that come in at the beginning of the berry season – thanks for sharing!
I love that you did this with white chocolate (I can actually eat white chocolate). I’m trying this immediately – it looks fabulous!
My brother can’t eat chocolate due to migraines so I try and make a lot of white chocolate dishes and dips for him!
This is an excellent fruit dip that I know I would absolutely love.
